1. Information we collect

• Name, email address, shipping address
• For subscribers: your birthday (optional; month and day only)
• Order details (variety, quantity, amount)

Card details: your card number, expiry, and CVC are collected directly by Stripe, Inc. They are never stored on, nor pass through, our servers or database.

2. Purpose of use

• Shipping products, processing payments, and contacting you about orders
• Birthday: solely to tuck a small gift from us into your birthday-month delivery. The gift itself is kept as a surprise. Your birthday is never used for advertising or marketing.
• Compliance with applicable laws

3. Security

• Addresses, contact details, and birthdays are stored encrypted
• All traffic is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS)
• Access is limited to staff who need it for their work

4. Third parties

We do not share your data without consent except as required by law. Processing is entrusted to: Stripe, Inc. (payments), Resend (email), and Japan Post Co., Ltd. (Yu-Pack) for shipping.

5. Retention & requests

If you cancel your subscription, your birthday data is deleted within a reasonable period. For disclosure, correction, or deletion requests, contact us below.
